- Shoal Marker – Closest to Duke Marina – Sign Board is Hanging by One Bolt and has Dropped Down -Repair (July 2017)
- Shoal Marker – Adjacent to Main Channel Marker 2A – Light Out – Repair (June 2017)
- Shoal Marker – South End of Governors Island – Very weak – Repair (June 2017)
- Shoal Markers ( 2 ea.) – Ramsey Creek:, Between the Two Islands South of the Helicopter Pad – the 2nd and 3rd Shoal Markers Facing East – Lights Out – Repair (June 2017)
- Shoal Markers (3 ea.) North of Hwy 73 and Marking the Old Beatties Ford Road Bed – Lights Out – Repair (June 2017)
- Rock Marker – Pinnacle Shores – Wrong Sign – Hand Written Red Sign Board on One Side/ White Printed Sign on the Other – Replace with Triangular White/Diamond Sign Boards with Printed Signage that reads – ROCKS (Jan 2017)
Bridge Buoys
- Bridge Buoys – East Side of Slanting Bridge (2 each) – One buoy is sinking/the other has been hit and is badly damaged – Replace Both (July 2017)
- Bridge Buoy – East Side of Slanting Bridge – A Wayward Buoy is Located Approximately 1/4 of a mile East of Bridge on edge of Creek Channel – Looks New. (July 2017)
